Star Glow did not begin as a business idea.
It began with 18 years behind the counter.

For nearly two decades working in the bubble tea industry in Vietnam, I have experienced every stage of the craft—from hands-on brewing and ingredient testing to flavor development and understanding evolving customer tastes. But beyond techniques and trends, what stayed with me the longest was a deeper understanding:

A truly good drink is not only about taste, but about care.

Care for quality.
Care for freshness.
And most importantly, care for the people who drink it.

Throughout this journey, one question remained constant in my mind:

Our Development Process

Star Glow was not built overnight.

From there, every flavor was developed with purpose. Recipes were tested, refined, and balanced to highlight natural taste rather than heaviness or excess. Ingredient selection became just as important as flavor itself, ensuring consistency, freshness, and quality in every cup.

At the same time, the space of Star Glow was thoughtfully designed alongside the menu. Because we believe a drink is best enjoyed in a place that feels welcoming, calming, and warm—a space where people want to stay, connect, and return to.
